Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We grow every herb ourselves, so we can stand behind every jar completely. If you’re not in love with how your skin feels, email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund every penny — even if the jar has been opened and used. You do not need to ship anything back, and you don’t need to explain why. We want you to be able to try InVine with zero risk.

The guarantee covers our standard balms, creams, and gift sets. Bespoke Herbal Infusions are made to order and are excluded (see below).

Prefer to Return an Unopened Item?

You can also return any unopened product in its original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Just email us (below) and we’ll share a return address — you only need your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bespoke Herbal Infusions — due to the personalized, single-batch nature of each jar
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Requests made outside the 60-day guarantee window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@invinebotanicals.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) involved
  • (Optional) anything you’d like us to know

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days. For a satisfaction refund there is nothing to ship back — we simply process your refund. If you’re returning an unopened item, we’ll include the return address in our reply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we confirm your request, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days — for satisfaction refunds, we don’t wait for anything to be shipped back. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@invinebotanicals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and outer packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No return shipping required for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order separately.
